*Someone just asked me for ideas so I thought I'd share some thoughts around things that have really helped me hit EOM goals in the past with less then 48 hours to go!* *If these help - great please use them. * *If they don't - delete :) *
*Remember your team may not have the ability yet to come up with ideas for EOM vp. The only thing they will know is to "place" vp on their Credit Card or give up :( * *You have to help them come up with ideas to CREATE vp in the next day leading into EOM! be creative! As you get down to the wire - it's always those "little orders" * *of 250vp - 1500 vp that make or break cuts or qualifications! *
1) Email* ALL* of the distributors in on your ENTIRE team (not just your FL) and promoted the meal bars. We all have distributors who have fallen off the wagon and this is a great opportunity to promote something new. The tendency is to only contact our FL distributors, but sometimes we have 2nd or 3rd level people who's upline doesn't pass along the message and then they miss out on a great EOM opportunity. *Mean bars are 23vp per box. If you have 25 distributors order just one box thats an extra 575vp. *
2) Who do you have that is close to the next discount? Step 1- make sure they know Step 2- help them create ideas to hit that discount! The STS is this weekend- so the recognition is HUGE for SC or new SUPV at the STS. pitch the recognition and you'll get more vp and more ppl to the event! This is essential - take the time to contact these people. *You can easily increase your OVP or PV by moving 3-5 distributors up in discounts. This is where the small orders of 250-1500 become HUGE!*
3) Jan Spec. promotions! This month is 7500 Double vp as you all know! does your team know that? Who could really hit it for the first time ever??!! What promotion are they going for??? * What is every supervisor on your team hit the lowest promotion for Jan :) CRAZINESS! *
4) Contact all of your customers in the last year - invite them into the club for a sampling party or EOM party. sample hot shakes, new bars, hot soup! This is something that ROCKS from a time management standpoint, because you can involve ALL distributors and ALL customers into one 2 hour party. * If you pitch it correctly this = massive retail opportunity!*
5) Send out a constant contact or a biz works e-card to your customers (or have your team send one to their customers) promoting the cold weather / SNOW / upcoming holiday season when everyone gains weight / Halloween candy = weight gain Again - hot soup. Hot shakes! new bars! New F1 flavor. Maybe add on a little promotion so they are motivated to come in and order!
6) Lastly, EVERYTHING you do until 2:00AM on EOM should to create vp. Examples: Office work :( vs. a new profile!!! printing flyers ;( vs. shake party!!!! running around doing errands :( vs. contacting all your distributors!!!!. Check yourself and use your time wisely! This was a HUGE one for me in the last 48 hours of each month.
